Trying to get a response felt like shouting into the void. I sent a couple of messages and kept checking back like a fool, but it seriously seemed like nobody was reading them or they just couldn’t be bothered to answer.
The jewelry might be perfectly nice, who knows, but the lack of communication totally ruined it for me. If I’m spending my money online, I don’t think it’s dramatic to expect a basic reply. After this whole headache, I wouldn’t use them again.

When they did get back to me, the reply was polite but didn’t really answer everything clearly, so I had to follow up and basically escalate the issue a bit before I got the information I needed. It was resolved in the end, but it felt like I had to do more chasing than I should have. Not the worst experience, but their customer service could definitely be faster and more straightforward.

I thought this was going to be nicer based on the photos, but once it arrived it just felt kind of cheap. The finish started wearing off quickly too, which was frustrating because, I mean, for the price I expected better. It looked cute at first, don’t get me wrong, but then actually wearing it was a different story. Disappointed overall

I bought a bracelet from Tresorjewelryinc it looked really nice for the first week or so. But after just a couple of months, the color started fading and the clasp already feels loose. I literally don’t even wear it every day, so that was disappointing for the price. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I ordered the ring in my normal size and it still came a bit too tight. I even checked the size guide before buying so that was frustrating. The ring itself looks nice but I can’t really wear it for very long. Returning it or getting it resized feels like more trouble than it’s worth. It’s not terrible but the sizing definitely needs to be more accurate

I asked for a custom size, but the piece I got was completely wrong. Like I said in the order details, I needed specific measurements, and like I said, that’s really the whole reason I placed a custom order in the first place. Disappointing.

What annoys me more is how companies can technically meet the “gift-ready” or “secure packaging” policy with the bare minimum, even if it still shows up looking kind of rough.

Overall, it’s not bad, just nothing special. If you’re buying it for yourself, it’s totally fine, but if it’s meant to be a gift, I’d probably plan on rewrapping it so it feels nicer.
